As the largest construction enterprise in Hunan Province, Hunan Construction Investment Group is a 100 billion-level state-owned enterprise group with strong strength. Founded in July 2022, the group was formed by the merger of the former Hunan Construction Engineering Group and Hunan Transportation and Water Conservancy Construction Group, with a registered capital of 40 billion yuan, total assets of nearly 230 billion yuan, and an annual production (construction) capacity of more than 300 billion yuan. As a core subsidiary of the group, Zhongxiang Zhijian Jinlinjia Modular Construction Co., Ltd. was officially established in 2023, formerly known as the Jinlinjia team of Zhongxiang Intelligent Construction Co., Ltd., which was established in 2020. Zhongxiang Zhijian Jinlinjia Modular Construction Co., Ltd. is committed to providing users with professional modular building design, manufacturing, decoration and installation in one of one-stop overall solutions, with a professional prefabricated building service team and modern intelligent factory, the project covers: permanent modular buildings, apartments, student dormitories, project department office rooms, urban exhibition halls, temporary sales departments, emergency isolation hospitals (sub-designated hospitals), landscape homestays and other series of products
Since its establishment, the company has successively applied for more than 20 national patents, and has opened up a precedent in the industry in administrative approval, design drawing review, manufacturing and standards, on-site acceptance standards, installation and hoisting methods, etc., and has the first intelligent modular building production base in Hunan Province
