In the design stage, BIM fully parametric modeling is used to disassemble the building into standardized module units (such as dormitory modules and office modules) to adapt to different project needs. More than 90% of the production process is completed through intelligent welding robots, profile processing lines and other equipment, and the error is controlled at the millimeter level, which is 3 times higher than manual production efficiency. In the construction stage, the "all-dry node connection" technology is adopted, and only the module hoisting and pipeline docking need to be completed on site, and the assembly rate is more than 90% (such as the 25-day hardcover delivery of 398 modules in Xiangtan Baigongyi Apartment).
